Limni Keri

Limni Keri is a picturesque little village located at the southern end of Laganas Bay, below Marathias. In the sea, directly in front of the village, lies the island of Marathonisi, a magnificent view, whether seen from the beach or from one of the tavernas. The village consists of several smaller streets, all of which lead to the beach promenade.

Limni Keri is easy to reach, whether by car, quad bike, moped, or similar. There are also bus services connecting Limni Keri to Laganas, Kalamaki, and the capital of Zakynthos. Parking is plentiful, even during peak season, along the streets and at the harbor.

The winding streets are home to several supermarkets and car and boat rentals. Along the beach promenade, there are several tavernas serving traditional cuisine and fast food, as well as a souvenir shop. Most tavernas have balconies, offering even better views of Marathonisi.

The small sandy beach is adorned with pine trees, providing natural shade during swim breaks. Several boat rentals offer the opportunity for boat trips to Laganas Bay, Marathonisi, and the caves and beaches along Cape Marathias.

Limni Keri also has a German-speaking diving school, offering several daily trips to numerous worthwhile dive sites -> Nero-Sport

Limni Keri is the perfect place for travelers who want to enjoy peace and nature without having to forgo the amenities of tavernas and comfort. The town offers a good infrastructure with apartments and tavernas, and the beach is within easy walking distance. Limni Keri is isolated from the rest of the island's hustle and bustle, yet still has a lot to offer.
